A card was taken but no sale was rung

Rare, and the till keeps hold of it until somebody deals with it.

If a card is approved on the reader but the sale cannot be rung, the payment appears on Drawer under Cards taken with no sale.

1. Fix what stopped the sale. The line says what it was.
2. Tap Try again. The sale is rung as one card payment and appears in Recent sales.

If the sale should not be rung, because the customer was refunded on the reader for instance, tap Resolved and say what was done.

This takes a manager. The customer's card was charged once, and the till will not charge it again.
