Hold an order

Put one order to one side while you serve the next customer.

1. With items on the order, tap Hold this order. The till is clear for the next customer.
2. The held order sits at the top of the Sale panel with the time it was held.
3. Tap it to take it back.
4. To throw a held order away, tap the × beside it, then Throw it away.

Nothing is charged for a held order and it is not in your sales until it is paid. A held order does not keep its discount. Give it again when it is paid for.
