Build your menu
Add what you sell, put it in a section of the till, and give it choices such as size or milk.
Add an item
- Open Menu.
- Type the item's name and its price.
- Choose its Category. The category decides how it is taxed: food and drink, or merchandise.
- Choose its Section on the till, such as Espresso or Pastries. Items in the same section sit together on the Checkout screen.
- Save. The item is on the till at once.
Choices, such as size or milk
A group of choices is made once and attached to every item that uses it. A group can be required, such as a size, or optional, such as an extra shot. Each choice can change the price.
An item with no fixed price
Mark an item Priced at the till and the till asks how much each time it is tapped. Every new location starts with one, called Open item.
Changing and removing
- Reprice changes the price from now on. Sales already made keep theirs.
- Retiring an item takes it off the till. It stays in your reports.
