Ring a sale and take cash

Tap the items, take the money, give the change the till tells you.

1. On Checkout, tap each item. Tap it again for another, or use + and - on its line.
2. Check Total due. The tax is already worked out.
3. Tap Cash.
4. Tap what you were handed: Exact, a note such as $20.00, or type the amount. The till shows the change due.
5. Tap Paid in cash in the same spot. The drawer opens.
6. Give the change. Tap Print receipt if they want one, then New sale.

The pay buttons stay in the same place however long the order is. The order scrolls above them.
